Salli Newman is a film and television producer with a reputation for delivering high quality movies on time and on budget, as both a creative producer and a line producer.
Since launching Firebrand Productions in 1990, Newman has developed and produced movies for network and cable television under her banner, as well as produced-for-hire many other movies, miniseries and feature films.
Having just completed five movies in a row – "THE MAGIC OF BELLE ISLE," "LOVESTRUCK: THE MUSICAL," "ANOTHER HAPPY DAY," "DAVID AND GOLIATH," and "12 DATES OF CHRISTMAS" – up next for Newman is Firebrand Productions' feature film "OUT OF THE ROUGH," an inspirational father/son family drama with humor and heart where golf breathes new life into a family in crisis when a father builds his disabled son a 9-hole golf course in their back yard.

Mitch Engel is an award-winning producer who has been associated with some of the finest movies and miniseries produced for television in the last twenty years. Included in the honors he's received for his work are a Golden Globe Award, an Emmy nomination and a CableACE Award.
The list of highly acclaimed miniseries Engel's been involved with includes "THE KENNEDYS OF MASSACHUSETTS," "GEORGE WALLACE" and "THE GRID," accompanied by such movies as the critically praised "THE SECRET LIFE OF IAN FLEMING," "THE HUNLEY" and "A GLIMPSE OF HELL." His recent foray into feature films found him in South Africa on "PRIMEVAL" for Touchstone Pictures. He also produced the Hallmark miniseries "THE CURSE OF KING TUT'S TOMB" and the Disney Channel musical "THE CHEETAH GIRLS 3," which were both filmed entirely in India. Among his other recent credits are the television series "PERSON'S UNKNOWN" for NBC and "THE GOOD GUYS" for Fox Television.

Douglas Willard is a seasoned and versatile executive whose impressive financial acumen has kept him in demand in the entertainment business for over 25 years. Starting as a CPA in public accounting for a variety of well-known entertainment clients including David Hasselhoff, Michael J. Fox and Betty White, he went on to work as Vice President and Controller at Saban Entertainment during the launch of the phenomenal television hit series "POWER RANGERS." He then spent seven years with Klasky Csupo - producer of such animation favorites as the wildly popular "RUGRATS," WILD THORNBERRYS" and "ROCKET POWER" - where he ultimately served as Chief Operating Officer. While gifted in all things financial and managerial, Willard is also adept at the creative side of the business, sporting several production credits of his own.

Julia Halperin s a prolific and talented development & acquisitions executive who has a keen eye for quality, saleable material and an uncanny knack for packaging talent. She's worked in the entertainment industry for almost twenty years during which time she has acquired, developed and set up numerous feature films and television projects at all the major studios and networks for companies such as RKO Pictures, Arnold Kopelson Productions and Saban Entertainment. Among the movies Halperin has set up are "SUDDEN FEAR" (MGM), "MERCY MISSION OF FLIGHT 103" (NBC), "THE MONKEY'S PAW" (Dreamworks), "EVERY GIRL SHOULD BE MARRIED" (Paramount), and with Universal Pictures, "THE DEVIL AND MISS JONES" and "BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT." As an independent producer with her own company, Tent 35 Pictures, Halperin has also set up projects including "CONSEQUENCE" with HBO, "THE BOOK CLUB" with the Weinstein Company, and "EQUINOX" with Voltage Pictures (producer of the Academy Award Winning "THE HURT LOCKER"). Currently in the works is "MATA HARI" with director David Dobkin ("ARTHUR & LANCELOT") and screenwriter David Franzoni ("GLADIATOR") attached to the project.
